Unique Resource & Training Inc. was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to empower individuals within our community through comprehensive tax assistance, education, support, and advocacy.
We recognized that many families in the Washington Metro Area, particularly elderly and immigrant populations, needed accessible and reliable tax preparation services. Through our participation in the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) and TCE (Tax Counseling for the Elderly) programs, we provide these essential services free of charge.
As a certified organization, we have expanded our purpose to better serve our community's diverse needs while maintaining our commitment to transparency, accountability, and legal compliance.
